Donate a New Auction Item

Would you be willing to donate an auction item to this high profile event? Fine wines, dinners, travel, lodging, dining, fine art, and unique experiences are very popular, but we welcome any donation.

Your donation to the Off the Vine Wine Auction & Gala is tax deductible to the full extent of the law, and auction donors are acknowledged in the catalog and by other means.

Deadline for auction donations to be in the printed catalog is February 2010. Donations received after that date will be listed in the catalog addendum.

Donate Air Miles

We are in need of round trip domestic tickets. Please contact Allison Wilson in the Development office (903-597-6070) to donate air miles.

Be a Volunteer

We always need volunteers, and lots of them! You can join in the auction action by being a volunteer and we have jobs for people of all skill levels. We need folks to help in the office, to help pick up items, to help set up on event day, to work the evening of the auction, and to help clean up. Some of these jobs are "dress up," but many are not, and we provide the rental tuxedos for those that are !
