All
Saints Episcopal School is an independent college
preparatory school (4K-12) that develops excellence in academics,
fine arts and athletics, while encouraging students to achieve
their maximum potential within an environment that embraces
diversity, fosters leadership, encourages service and nurtures
spiritual growth.
All Saints Episcopal School is nurturing generations
of leaders. However,
tuition dollars only cover 80% of the school's operating
budget and the remainder must be accomplished by fundraising.
Students lead by contributing to various community organizations
such as the Good Samaritan Foundation, American Red Cross,
Mercy Ships, PATH, the East Texas Food Bank, Susan G. Komen,
Samaritan's Purse, Habitat for Humanity, among others. To
see their contributions, please view our Community
Service Powerpoint. The powerpoint
presentation requires 2003 version of PowerPoint, or it
will not view correctly.
We invite you to join us for this
extraordinary event.

The Children’s
Advocacy Center (CAC) of Smith County
is dedicated to child victims of physical and sexual
abuse and strives to reduce trauma through a unified effort
that facilitates thorough investigations, effective prosecutions
and the healing of the children and their families.
The Children’s Advocacy Center of
Smith County brings together, in one child-friendly location,
a coordinated team of law enforcement, prosecutors, Child
Protective Services, medical and mental health workers to
assist the children. The goals are to minimize the trauma
children must face when they have been victimized by physical
and sexual abuse and to ultimately restore their childhoods
lost to abuse. In 2008, the CAC coordinated and investigated
353 cases involving 480 children and 396 siblings and protective
caregivers.

Parents
Anonymous® Inc. was founded in 1969 through
the extraordinary efforts of Jolly K., a courageous, single
mother who sought help to create a safe and caring home
for her family. Working in partnership with her social worker,
they launched a unique solution for parents who wanted to
strengthen their families. Parents Anonymous® meets
weekly and is based on shared leadership and mutual support.
Today Parents Anonymous® Inc. is a community
of parents, organizations and volunteers committed to strengthening
families and building strong communities, achieving meaningful
parent leadership and shared leadership, and leading the
Field of Child Abuse and Neglect. The organization seeks
to provide training and technical assistance, develops publications
and conducts research on parent and shared leadership, systems
reform and effective community-based strategies to strengthen
families.
Our legacy continues because of the millions
of courageous parents and children who have successfully
changed their lives forever through Parents Anonymous®
Inc.
