Wine Dinners ~ Dallas & Tyler Restaurants

If you enjoy fine wines, dining at top tables, and being in good company, you'll want to take advantage of this new offering. Five intimate wine dinners at upscale restaurants have been added to the event lineup. Each dinner features a multi-course menu created by the restaurant's executive chef to complement the wines presented by two   quality wine brands.

Dinners host an average of 10-20 people, depending on the restaurant. All dinners commence at 6:30 p.m.

Off the Vine Wine Gala & Auction

The Grand Tent on Mewbourne Field ~ All Saints Episcopal School Campus

The Off the Vine Wine Gala & Auction is a hot happening where guests mingle, palates tingle and money jingles as bidders vie for top quality auction lots. Among the bidding pleasures are rare and premium wines, national and international trips, private parties, exclusive privileges, fine dining and entertainment, as well as some truly exciting one-of-a-kind opportunities. Don't miss out! This is going to be the best auction we've ever had.

Gala and Grand Tasting Menu

Ambassadors Reception
Sponsors, honorary wine ambassadors, and other VIPs get to know each other at this private invitation-only reception prior to the general event.

Grand Tasting
Eight to ten tasting stations, each pouring 3-4 quality wines, allow guests the opportunity to sample numerous varietals from many wineries during the silent auction. Participating retailers and distributors pair with featured wine brands.

Benefit Drawing

Grand Prize:  8 days/7 nights at the Westin Ka'anapali Resort in Maui, Hawaii.  Winner of the drawing will also receive a $10,000 spending allowance.

Guests purchase raffle tickets during the Silent Auction and in the ballroom just prior to dinner for a fabulous raffle prize. The winner's name is announced at the end of the Live Auction.
